IRGC: Khamenei & Rouhani Authorize Launch of Missiles

All works done with Khamenei's permit ion. All missile launches are carried out with the authorization of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and President Hassan Rouhani.
Ramazan Sharif, the head of the IRGC Public Relations Islamic Army, said.He also emphasized :
“All IRGC missile launches are authorized by the armed forces headquarters and in coordination with the Supreme National Security Council. This council is chaired by the President and its orders have the leader’s (Khamenei) backing“.
