Who would benefit from a nuclear Iran money transaction؟

Former head of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency Gen. David Petraeus warns that the money released following nuclear deal with Iran regime falls into the hands of Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and sectarian militants affiliated to the regime.

Gen. David Petraeus, former head of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency

Parts of his interview with Sky-News:

-Consequences of nuclear agreement with Iran regime
-The real challenge in Iraq is not Daesh (ISIS/ISIL). Daesh will be destroyed as they are being destroyed now. But the real challenge that is also the long-term challenge is summarized in the sectarian militants.
-The Syrian opposition holds Assad responsible for the killing of 400 to 500 thousand Syrian citizens and displacement of more than half of the Syrian people and massive destruction in areas like Aleppo. That is why it is very unlikely that Assad could dominate Syria again.

Clinton: Countering Iran and defeating ISIS are not distinct missions

Clinton: Countering Iran and defeating ISIS are not distinct missions
Breitbart, the US news site, reported Monday that leaked e-mails from the Hillary Clinton campaign revealed that the presidential candidate had intended to tell the Brookings Institution that, “Countering Iran and defeating ISIS are not distinct missions – they are intimately related.”
However, after an intervention by campaign chairman, John Podesta, while Clinton confirmed that she supports “a military option” against Iran as a last resort, and accused Iran of propping up the dictatorship of Bashar al-Assad in Syria, she did not utter the line.
In her December 2015 speech to the Brookings Institution, Clinton also discussed the imperfections of the West's nuclear deal with Iran. She continued to say that the deal had to be "aggressively implemented and enforced," and that the US approach must be to "distrust and verify." Clinton also drew attention to Iran's "provocative behavior," saying that further sanctions might be necessary.
Breitbart reported that, "The Iranian government has used the Islamic State to expand its influence in the greater Middle East."
The news site also said that, "Iran funds Shiite militias in Iraq that have been accused of attempted ethnic cleansing, torture, and murder of Arab Sunni civilians in Iraq, and reportedly sent top commander Qasem Soleimani to Iraq in May 2016."

Foreign Ministers of Turkey and Saudi Arabia, at a joint news conference, opposed the presence of Iraq’s so-called Popular Basij (mobilization) Forces, made up mainly of the Shiites affiliated with Iranian regime, in the operations to retake Mosul from ISIS. Turkish Foreign Minister, Mouloud Chavosh Oglu, and his Saudi counterpart, Adel al-Jubeir, participated in a joint press conference on October 13 following Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) meeting.
The issue of Iraq was one of the most important topics in the press conference, as well as the main topics of talks, as the report implies, in the meeting of the GCC members and Turkey.
According to the Turkish news agency, Anatolia, Mr. Chavosh Oglu said Ankara does not want the people of Mosul be forced to choose between the Shiite militias [affiliated with Iran regime] and the paramilitary group known as the Islamic State (ISIS).
