voices are heard speaking of winds of change in Iran

Finally the international community is gradually but surely realizing how appeasement will only yield further destruction and this is after far too many years. Leader Ali Khamenei’s failure to engineer the recent presidential election to unify his regime for the tsunamis ahead. then voices are heard speaking of winds of change in Iran. Iran’s society, described as a powder keg due to social discontent, is literally simmering.
Iranian opposition leader Maryam Rajavi was the keynote speaker of a recent convention in Paris where she delivered a very different and new perspective on how to resolve the Iran dilemma.
We are also only a week away from July 14th, marking the second year of the Iran nuclear deal signing. Despite a windfall of over $100 billion dollars pouring into Iran, this agreement has failed to provide meaningful change in people’s lives.
Considering Raisi’s notorious role in the 1988 massacre of over 30,000 political prisoners, and a massive campaign launched by activists of the Iranian opposition People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) inside Iran, Khamenei’s candidate stood no chance.

Rouhani Confess that IRGC Controls Iran's Economy

Rouhani Admits That IRGC Controls Iran's Economy
The heads of the Iranian regime expose each other. once again Rouhani referred to the wide rifts in the regime’s senior ranks  on Thursday . He said:
“The fact that rifts are created in our society is due to our lack of tolerance. There are who prefer everyone to think like we do… Even the messenger [of Islam] was told you are not above the people to order them, and you are only obligated to show them the way, to allow each individual to choose for themselves. However, there are those who think they should issue orders upon people and that people are to obey their orders,” he said.
In Rouhani's opinion “In the [Ahmadinejad] government portions of the country’s economy has placed under the control of the military and security apparatuses under the pretext of privatization,”   Rouhani described these entities as the ‘armed government’ and acknowledged the fact that private sector cannot compete with them. .....
Khamenei's opponents attacked him.
on the other hand Mohsen Ejei said : “Today, we see people portray issues in a variety of methods, and there are those who don’t realize who is the enemy? Some of our senior officials are repeatedly saying what is the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC )? What is the Basij? Why the crying? We want happiness and concerts… They portray the US as very pleasant and say America is no longer the Great Satan… however, they don’t dare express it so clearly, and yet they depict those who continue the struggle as hardliners and extremists,”
This rise in political disputes resembles a deep rift after last month’s election, a divide that is increasing by the day.

Iran, is afraid of the dark and is screaming to overcome its fears

Iran's triangle of fear
Iran in contrast to others victimized by terrorism, Tehran actually welcomed this attack and portrays itself as the victim.
Iran was under intense pressure from an international coalition against its measures in the Middle East and needed an escape route. Tehran sought to cloak the reality of being the central banker of international terrorism. The position taken by U.S. President Donald Trump and a recent Senate resolution became impassable hurdles. To this end, Iran began broadcasting fake news accusing the US, Saudi Arabia, and Iran’s main opposition coalition.
......
For eight months prior to the May elections, PMOI/MEK supporters in Iran have focused their efforts on raising awareness. Such a campaign has dealt a severe blow to the mullahs’ apparatus, forcing Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei to unprecedentedly acknowledge this massacre and place his weight behind it.
In the past few weeks images of Iranian opposition leaders and the 10-point plan presented by Maryam Rajavi, as President of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, have been put up in dozens of cities throughout Iran.

Iran -people have decided largely to stay home as the Sham "Presidential Election"
The voters' unconcern is quite noticeable and people have decided largely to stay home, as many independent eyewitnesses from different cities in the country report, the voters' ennui is quite evident and people have decided to boycott the sham election.
The PMOI/MEK has stationed its network members at most of the 63000 polling stations around the country to report the true and reliable voters' involvement on this election day.
The following figures verified by photos show that not many people as the regime is trying to sham, have left their homes to cast their ballots in the Iranian weekend.

Iran: Empty Polling Stations of the sham presidential election in Mashhad

Empty Polling Stations of the sham presidential election in Mashhad
While state run media are boasting about the widespread participation in the sham election, people are reporting about empty polling stations, numerous reports coming out of Iranian cites all across the country like:
Esfahan, Saveh, Mahabad, Semnan, Sabzevar, Karaj, Roudsar,Kerman, Ghorveh, Shahre babak, Zarand, and many others are indicative of  the emptiness of polling stations, and a weak presence of voters all through the morning. In many of the voting centers, the number of security forces exceeded the voters. this is  while earlier in the day, Iran regime's supreme leader was desperately asking people to vote.

Belgian MEP Gérard Deprez: 156 Members of European Parliament Condemn Fake Elections in Iran

Dear Friends, My name is Gerard Deprez, Member of European Parliament from Belgium. I am also chair of the friends of a Free Iran group in this parliament.
As you know the Iranian regime is holding a presidential election on Friday. We believe this is not a real election as there are no opposition candidates. Today a joint statement signed by 156 members of European Parliament from different political groups has been issued in which we have condemned these fake elections.
We stressed that Any further expansion of relations with Iran must be conditioned to a clear progress on human rights, women’s rights and a halt to executions.
I believe that the Iranian people deserve much better than being ruled by these brutal mullahs. Nothing will change with these fake elections. We need to support a democratic change in Iran.
We are delighted to hear about the campaign organized by Iranian opposition, PMOI and supporters of Mrs Maryam Rajavi inside Iran, to reject these fake elections. They are very courageous to do these activities by risking their lives for a free Iran.
I am sending this joint statement by 156 MEPs to the international media and also to Ms Mogherini and the European Foreign Ministers.

Iran: Election Protests, Calling Mrs. Rajavi for President

Maryam Rajavi Pol Tajrish  May 2017

Iran’s presidential election will be held on Friday May 19. In the run-up to the Iranian government presidential election, many people across the country are calling to boycott the elections. The activists of the network of the Iranian opposition movement, the National Council of Resistance of Iran and its group the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK), inside Iran have been engaged in an extensive campaign nationwide, calling on Iranians to boycott the elections.

Their activities involved hanging huge portraits of the Iranian opposition leader, Maryam Rajavi from overpasses or bridges in major freeways in Tehran and other cities, posting her pictures on walls in different streets and other public locations, such as in the bazaar or outside the paramilitary Bassji headquarters, or placing them on the windshields of cars, and distributing flyers and T-shirts with the MEK emblem and calling for government change.

#Iran: Rising activities of democratic opposition network in the run-up ...

In the run-up to the Iranian regime’s presidential election, the activist network of the main Iranian opposition movement, the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), has been engaged in an extensive, nationwide campaign calling on Iranians to boycott the elections
There has been a conspicuous uptick in the activities of the resistance network in recent weeks despite huge risks of arrest, torture and even execution. Iranian state media and some regime officials have publicly warned about these activities in recent weeks.
The extent of Resistance activities throughout the country is greater ahead of this year’s election than during previous campaigns, including the 2013 campaign that brought President Hassan Rouhani to power.
These activities have involved hanging huge portraits of the Iranian opposition leader, Maryam Rajavi, from overpasses or bridges in major freeways in Tehran and other cities, posting her picture on walls in public locations, at bazaars, and outside the paramilitary Bassji headquarters, as well as placing them on the windshields of cars and distributing flyers and T-shirts with the MEK emblem and calling for regime change.
The pictures were accompanied by slogans such as “no to murderer (i.e. Ebrahim Raisi), no to imposter (i.e. Hassan Rouhani)”; “our vote: regime overthrow”; “My vote: Maryam Rajavi”; and “Down with the clerical regime, Down with Khamenei, Hail to Rajavi”.
Maryam Rajavi is the President-elect of the Iranian resistance. She has declared a 10 point plan of fundamental freedoms for the future of Iran.
On April 8, Maryam Rajavi said: "Both factions of the regime failed to find a way to preserve the regime. What is more, why should the Iranian people jump from the frying pan into the fire? No! The Iranian people reject both a black and a white turban. The Velayat-e faqih regime (absolute rule of the clergy) must be overthrown in its entirety."
Observers have noted that the opposition has had an impact on Iranian society in the run up to the elections. It has made a public issue of the 1988 massacre of political prisoners, in which 30,000 people were executed in a matter of a few months, most of them activists of the MEK. Regime officials, state media and even the candidates have recently addressed the massacre despite the fact that Tehran had made this subject a taboo for almost three decades.
The nationwide activities were carried out in such cities as Tehran, Tabriz, Orumiyeh, Zanjan (northwest); Mashhad and Birjand (northeast); Karaj, Qazvin, Hemedan, Kermanshah, and Sanandaj (west); Isfahan, Qom, Arak, Broujen, Yasooj, Rafsanjan, and Yazd (central Iran); Babol and Sari (north), Shiraz, Bandar Abbas, Boushehr, Iranshahr, and Pasargad [where the tomb of Cyrus the Great is located] (south).
Activists of the MEK have been the main victims of the ruling theocracy in Iran. Some 120,000 MEK activists have been executed in Iran over the years.
In addition to activities on the ground throughout Iran, there has been a growing campaign on the internet and social media, particularly on the Telegram messaging app, which is extensively used by the Iranians, and especially by the youth of the country.

The Role of Social Media in Iran's Election

The Role of Social Media in Iran's Election
Despite all the restrictions on internet in Iran, in the run up to sham presidential elections, Iranian youth have found ways to circumvent these restrictions and social networks are filled with remarks questioning the integrity of the elections. This has angered the regime officials who continually express anxiety about it. Almost no day passes by without giving notices and warnings in this regard and large-scale arrest of social network managers are widely reported.
These activities clearly unveil the hollowness of the election show and simultaneously expose the criminal records of all presidential candidates and the supreme leader’s ominous plans. The popular slogan that declares, “Iranian people’s vote is to overthrow of the regime” has been widely seen on social networks. PMOI supporters have an active role in these online campaigns, who are also involved in hanging banners reading “No to sham elections” or pictures of Maryam Rajavi in the streets of Tehran and number of other cities.
Tehran April 2017. Activists of MEK, Put up a Poster in a Major Cross
A glimpse at users’ posts in Twitter and Telegram (since the regime cannot control them, they are more popular inside Iran) and their reflection on Twitter networks of Iranian expats in the Twitter space provides a better picture of what has caused the regime anger.

The so-called election to be held in Iran will be neither free nor fair

President Trump and Washington officials must come to realize that there is no valuable distinction between so-called Iranian hardliners and moderates

The so-called election to be held in Iran will be neither free nor fair, writes human rights activist Amir Basiri.
The Iranian regime is facing internationally and domestically a series of political, economic and social crises . Certain is the fact that, after the elections, the regime in Tehran will surface far weaker and more fragmented than before, as two major Iran experts explained recently.
As Washington is weighing possible approaches vis-a-vis Tehran and the mullahs' regime, a very important reality must be understood in this time period as the Iranian regime's supreme leader, with his health deteriorating fast and talks of his successor gaining momentum, is facing a variety of very significant crises.

"… The choices for Khamenei are between the worse and the worst of the worst. This is the reality that Khamenei has to deal with. This is a totally new situation with new prospects, bringing the regime closer to its downfall," Mohaddessin concluded.

“Online Conference on May 4,2017:Iran" Election" Prospects and Consequences”

Online Conference on May 4,2017:Iran" Election" Prospects and Consequences
The Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) hosted an online conference with Ambassador Giulio Terzi, Former Foreign Minister of Italy and Mohammad Mohaddessin, Chairman of the NCRI’s Foreign Affairs Committee On Thursday.
Amb. Terzi, underscored the failure of the regime in resolving any of the social and economic problems in the country despite the nuclear agreement between Iran and the P5+1, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). He added that economic collaboration with Iran is “in contradiction of the West’s imperatives and objectives.”
Mr. Mohaddessin reminded viewers of the limited power any president would have under the velayat-e-faqih system (absolute rule of clergy) in Iran, and emphasized “any flow of state of affairs in the clerical regime is in the hands of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, his office, and the IRGC.”
“Elections in the clerical regime is power sharing between various factions of the brutal regime. It is also about various factions’ share in plundering the Iranian people’s wealth,” Mohaddessin said.
According to the NCRI Foreign Affairs Committee Chair, all the factions of the regime are in total agreement with each other when it comes to main policies of the regime, i.e. suppression at home, export of terrorism and fundamentalism and also proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.”
The incumbent President Rouhani has been in decision-making centers of the regime from its outset, was involved in the suppression of the popular uprising in 2009 and in over 3,000 executions, and as president has offered unrelenting support to presidential dictator Bashar-Assad, Mohaddessin added.

Why Live TV Debates Have Been Cancelled in Iran's Presidential Election?

Live TV Debates Have Been Cancelled in Iran's Presidential Election
NCRI announced that presidential debates will not be aired live on TV has become a major embarrassment for the Iranian regime.
The faction loyal to Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has protested why the debates will not be aired live, attempting to blame the faction loyal to President Hassan Rouhani.
Rouhani’s advisor said in response, “Presidential elections are held and aired differently in other countries. In the Islamic Republic of Iran from 1997 onward these debates have been aired on TV. In 2005 the experts related to each candidate debated on TV and in 2009 one on one debates were seen in Iran. In 2013 a group debate was aired live on TV. There are those who believe that more supervision is needed and it was decided to air these debates as recordings.”
It is obvious that the main issue at hand is increasing rifts amongst the regime’s senior ranks and the entire farce elections becoming a disaster for the regime. It is also obvious that senior Iranian regime officials cancelled the live debate, knowing the risks will be too high.

Iran Regime's Sham Election : A Breaking Crisis

Iran Regime's Sham Election : A Breaking Crisis
Iran regime’s so called ‘presidential elections’ is approaching, the following article by Shahriar Kia, published in ‘American Thinker’ on April 1, 2017 sheds light on the complex crisis involving rival factions and the unstable situation of Iranian regime in its entirety.
this article Contains :
Iran's Elections: A Breaking Crisis?
Khamenei and Election Engineering
What is the Forecast?
in the end adds:
Those supporting Khamenei, and especially the IRGC, seek to eliminate Rouhani from these elections. However, Khamenei cannot take very bold measures and officially oppose Rouhani’s candidacy. When confirming Rouhani’s candidacy, Khamenei asked him to hold coordinating meetings with Sulemani and IRGC chief Mohammad Ali Jafari. This request brings us closer to the second scenario.
However, the Iranian people and their organized opposition, NCRI, consider such elections under the mullahs’ regime as baseless and demand free and fair elections held under the United Nations auspices. Such polls are only possible through regime change in Iran and establishing a democratic system.

IRAN: Approaching sham Election

Approaching sham Election in Iran
NCRI - With the mullahs presidential election approaching, infighting and power struggle within the regime has intensified to unprecedented levels. Khamenei, in a document titled "General Election Policies", which was released on October 15, reaffirmed that candidates must be committed to "the revolution and the Islamic republic and the constitution, especially the commitment to velayat-e faqih".
In this document Khamenei pointed to the ban for the armed forces and the intelligence and security apparatus in entering political and partisan campaigns and advocacy for candidates, but mullah Ali Saeedi, representative of the Supreme Leader in the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), announced the next day, "political science, political vision, political orientation, political views and political activity" is the essence of the IRGC and the “IRGC must take position on the issues of the system and the country” and “must declare its delineation on movements and ideas, and delineation on groups and organizations, and the insider and non-insider fronts”. He added: “IRGC has specific role about security, military, cultural and even economy issues ... we face a government today that in some issues have challenges with the leadership and the principles of Imam... For IRGC it is important that what government is in power or what parliament we have in terms of its structure. It means the structure of the parliament and the government affects the level of sensitivity and mission of the IRGC”.
